S.A. tiene multimillonario contrato para proteger a funcionarios estadounidenses y sus estructuras. A esta empresa se le permite tener libre accion bajo leguleyadas que practicamente no tiene ningun control sobre sus operaciones.
La reciente controversia sobre Blackwater a puesto sobre el tapete la soberania de Irak. La empresa privada de seguridad esta de nuevo en las calles de Bagdad sin importar la prohicion del gobierno despues del incidente en que los mercenarios de Blackwater masacraron a 17 civiles sin provocacion.
